I received a email stating my Spotify account is canceled and asks me to update, is this a scam? See attached 

it takes me directly to update my credit card info

Hi there! Good day!

TBH, that is a legit email address of Spotify. They send you that email for some reason.

1. Someone pretended to be the owner of your account and at some point, they proved themselves to be the real account owner;

2. Your card was declined due to insufficient fund or incorrect bank details (eg: Expired Card or Invalid Card); and

3. Your bank stops transacting with Spotify due to unusual activities with your bank.

You can check your account and coordinate with your Card-issuing bank to see what's the reason behind.
