Could you let me know what happens when you redeem the Gift Card code again here

 

A screenshot of what happens would be very helpful. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

No worries, it seems like something has gone wrong when you tried to redeem the code - so the code is still valid.

 

Could you try redeeming it using a different browser or incognito mode?
