My Question or Issue

selected family first (free month) and then switched to premium duo - it is also expected to be free but I was charged.

first Order ID: 1352140165414109 (free)

second Order ID: 1352147042414103 (charged but supposed to be free)

Welcome to the Community!

 

You're eligible to get a free month for different types of subscriptions but you've switched from one subscription to another our system charges you for the price of the new subscription immediately. You can always check the status of your subscription and billing dates on your account page
