I shouldn’t be paying

I don’t understand how I’m getting charged a premium plan with Spotify when the service isn’t given to me ? I can’t access my music I haven’t been able to for 2 months and I’ve tired of paying . I don’t use it anymore cause I listene to ads and can’t even manage anything . Help

Hey @Dianelove10,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
