I signed up for Premium under my phone bill.. how do I get it activated?

I signed up for Premium under my phone bill.. how do I get it activated?

I have a myrogers account and linked premium to my phone bill.

 

It isn't showing as premium and I still get ads.

 

How do I fix this?

Welcome to the community!

 

I would recommend checking out the Why isn't my Premium subscription working? support page. As you subscribed to Premium through another company (Rogers), you might need to check with them to make sure your subscription is still active.
