My Question or Issue

I signed up and paid for annual Spotify India Premium offer, as it was up for 699/year instead of 1299/year. My current subscription doesn't expire till May 2020, does that mean the new annual subscription will only be activated at the end of May 2020, so I've prepaid till May 2021?

Nope, end date still seems to be same, before and after purchase.
