I upgraded my Premium account to a Premium Family Plan in June 2017. Since then, I have received two charges in my credit card every month. One for 149 from the premium Family plan and another for 99mx that I don’t identify. I presume it is a mistake and kindly request for a refund for these five months.
My account is xxxxxxxxxxx and in the family plan the other users included are “xxxxxxx”, “xxxxxxx” and “xxxxxxx”.
I attach a print screen of my credit card movements for sept and october.
