I upgraded to Duo. My playlists are missing. How do I get them back?

When I logged into my account after I upgraded to Duo, all of my playlists are gone. I checked "Recover my playlists" and there are no playlists listed there. How do I get my playlists back?

Hey @user-removed,

Thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like you've got more than one account with Spotify 🙂 I recommend checking out this FAQ article for the next steps to take.

Thank you. I did find a different account.

I got a new computer. I logged into Spotify and only 5 of my playlists are available for me to use. They are all public playlists. Where did all the other playlists go to? How can I get them back?
