I've been billed for Spotify Premium two times, but I still don't have it

Hey, so jumped at the chance for Spotify premium on the 19th and immediately paid the 99c. I was billed but the premium did not go through. I tried on a different account and again was billed. These show on my bank statement as follows:

November 20, 2018 POS Purchase
OPOS Spotify *snip* Stock
0.99

November 19, 2018 POS Purchase
OPOS Spotify *snip* Stock
0.99

I'm curous why I can't seem to get this working. I tried making yet another account but this time it says I have already claimed a similar offer and just boots me out.

I have verified that I don't have it by checking the subscription tab in my account.

I just tried a few more times and while the premium isn't applying, I am still being charged, however one of the charges was corrected.

  • Ciao invece a me sono stati addebitati più volte sul conto corrente vari pagamenti di spotify.. Vorrei capire il perché grazie

Hey @Thalana.

Thanks for getting in touch!

When you attempt to sign up for a subscription or offer on our webpage, we'll reserve the amount of money on your bank account. You'll see this amount usually with the status: Pending. We won't actually take this money from you until you successfully subscribe. Seeing that in this case you weren't able to subscribe, we won't take the reserved amount. It shouldn't take more than a few day for the money to get back to your account. Your bank can tell you more about pending charges.

Hope this clarifies some things. Let us know if you have further questions.

Have a nice day!
