Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd suggest starting off by checking the receipts of your account. There, you can have a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order.


On another note, you can also check the status of the payments on your bank statement. If a regular payment fails, we try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement - only one has actually been taken.


Since you mentioned you have had 3 charges in the same week, it’s possible you have another Premium account. Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Perhaps you subscribe to a different account that was registered with one of those methods. Try logging in with these to check.
