I've been charged double for 8months. How do I get a refund?

Hi, 

 

I've been charged double for 8months. One payment through my phone bill and another through Spotify directly. I hadn't realised until I spoke with my phone provider to see why my bill was always so high. They've since cancelled the subscription through them but I'm still being changed double through Spotify directly.

 

I've tried to cancel my subscription through the online account and my app and haven't been able to locate the other account. 

 

Please can someone support me with this. Ideally I'd like to speak with someone directly from Spotify.
