I've been charging for 2 months

Hi, 

 

I purchased 1 year subscription last month. But still my balance reducing and show me the montly transaction of spotify.

Hey @monurakkaya, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It looks like you’ve created a second account and subscribed to that one too. Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered.

 

You can then cancel the second account by following the steps here. Just be sure to check you’re deleting the account without your playlists (check by signing in with both).
