I've been double charged for 4 months, can I get a credit or refund?

Hi, I received an email that I had a problem with a my current payment method back in October, when I went to update the details I must have somehow accidentally set it up to pay twice.  I only noticed this week that I have been making double payments for the past 4 months.  Is it possible to get a credit or refund for these double payments?
