My premium account got cancelled due to my lost credit card. I’ve been trying to pay with different credit cards and it’s impossible. This is so frustrating and there’s nowhere to ask for assistance.

Could you try to subscribe from an incognito window? Keep in mind that your card must meet these requirements.

You can access an incognito tab by Pressinc Ctrl+Shift=N all at once.
HI, I’m having similar issues with my subscription. I lost my debit card and my payment subscription for Spotify didn’t go through. Ive upgraded to premium but have got the 30 free day trial, so no payment to Spotify has gone through yet, which means my Spotify app won’t let me play music.
Any advice would be massively appreciated !
