Hello, I've cancelled premium, and despite emailing you (of which I have not had a reply) PayPal have informed me that you are still planning to take a payment

If you're sure you've followed all the steps to cancel your subscription as laid out by this support article and you still haven't been able to cancel, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
