I've paid Premium but it still Say I have a Free count

I've paid Premium but it still Say I have a Free count

Hi, I've paid one hour ago, and my Spotify still say I have free and not Premium, indeed my credit card have a payment.
Just through these message but not I have Premium.
Also I close my session, and log in again, but not function
Please help me!

Hey, @ScarlettOmaña! Let's trouble shoot and figure this out.

 

Please check the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

If you've tried all the steps above, please click here. Spotify will then take you through a survey to point you in the right direction.

Spotify didn't send me a inbox with the pay, just my bank sent me a charge. I don't know what is the proceed, because I' ve already paid, Spotify didn't refresh my account.
