as stated in the title I've paid for Spotify Students (this morning at 7am CEST) but my account still results as FREE.
To answer your concerns already:
- Yes, I've tried to log out and log back in.
- Yes, I've tried to reinstall the app several times.
- Yes, I'm 100% sure the payment was completed because the €4,99 are missing from my credit card, so it's not suspended.
- Yes, I'm 100% sure my university agreed to this initiative since I could easily find it in the list.
- Yes, after I logged in from my university site I was recognized as a student and I could complete the procedure.
- No, I don't have any other Spotify account.
- Yes, my account is linked with Facebook.
Also I don't find anywhere an e-mail to send a complaint to. Any help is welcomed.
