I've paid for premium but I can only use free account

I've paid for premium but I can only use free account

I changed of credit card so the bill for premium didn't work and now, I pur the right info of my ne credit card and I receive the bill of spotify but I can't use my premium account... It's written that it could take some days to have it back but I can't wait because I'm leaving to a place where I will not have any acces to internet...

Hi DA2GI! that sounds as a bit of a problem! try writing to @SpotifyCares on Twitter DMs if posible or go to this link: https://www.spotify.com/is/about-us/contact/ the spotify staff always helps people in need and does often do alot for their customers
