I've paid my Spotify premium but it's asking for renewable, how to fix it?

I've paid my Spotify premium but it's asking for renewable, how to fix it?

I paid for my Spotify premium on 20th September, but it's asking for another payment again today, or else I lose my access to my premium plan. Is there a way I can fix it?

Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

It’s possible that the payment you made on the 20th was a late payment for the previous month, which is why you’re being asked to renew now. I recommend checking your Spotify receipts and your bank statement to confirm this.

 

If you still have questions about your subscription, it might be best to reach out to Spotify's Support Team  so they can take a closer look at your account and help you out.
