We can't see or make changes to your accounts from the Community but we can surely try our best to help out! 🙂

You can always cancel a subscription from the account overview page found here. This will, however, only prevent the subscription from renewing itself.
To cancel with an immediate effect instead, you can reach out to our support folks through here and they'll take care of the rest for you!
Tip: Make sure you have your payment info around if you do, as it can be required for verification purposes!
