I've signed up for premium individual but it's not working

I've signed up for premium individual but it's not working

my account shows as being a free account but when i click "sign up for premium" it says i already have premium individual and i can change subscription if i want to. none of the premium features work on any of my devices and i've checked multiple times that i'm signed in to the correct account. i can also find the payment receipt in my email, in my spotify account and on my banks website.

Hello @VincentS074!

 

Hopefully I can help you figure this out. Can you try logging out of your account and logging back in twice in a row? This can trigger a refresh between the app and your Spotify account. I'd also recommend making sure your payment went through successfully in your bank account.

@Jose_M I have the same issue and your suggestions don't work for me. Do you have any idea what else could help?
