My Question or Issue

I have started a free trial and after a short period of time i decided to buy premium expecting my free trial to stay and that i wouldn't be charged immidiately. Could i please get an answer as to why it happened?

Hey @Vadim1375 thanks for reaching out to the community,

It sounds like you bought premium before your trial ended, and were charged for it. In this case, you could have actualy waited till your trial ended, and then subscribed to premium which would have let you to get the full month. The reason it happened to answer your question, is because it charges you when you sign up, not wait till the trial ends.
