Hey @batu3,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Still same problem.I loged in with facebook with this e mail adress.Also i re-install spotify and re-loged in.It didn't work.

Hey again @batu3,

the payment on your bank statement should show as pendingor a pre-auth charge, meaning no money's been taken by Spotify. On this case, your money should reappear on your statement soon.
