I want to add family to my premium for family but they can't get the adress right

I want to add family to my premium for family but they can't get the adress right

I want to add family to my premium for family but they can't get the adress right although they are obviously putting it right. How can I check which adress I exactly put back in the day? It may be an accent or something but I cannot know what.

Keep in mind that in order to be part of a Premium for family plan, it's not enough to put the same address information as all users must live in the same place as the plan admin. If this is your case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and the accounts of the other users who can't accept the invite to your family subscription.
