My Question or Issue

Sorry for my bad english. My free trial is ended but i changed my cards. I should change my card information. When i click to premium page i can't see personal acc. Just have family and student acc. I don't want them. Can you help me?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

To update your payment details, or change your payment method:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method. 
    Note: If your plan is associated with a partner, you’ll need to contact them directly to manage your payment.
  3. Enter a new payment method. 

The changes will take effect from your next billing date. As a heads-up, some payment providers may issue an authorization charge when you update your payment details.

@Mario Sorry the update page doesn't work.  There have been multiple posts about not being able to update payment and Spotify hasn't done anything about it.
