I want to listen to music but Spotify does not allow

How come am I not able to play this album on Spotify?

I thought I have premium subscription already but in the top bar there is "Get Premium" link.  Did not find a way to contact support so this "Chat" is the closest place I found to maybe get help.

Some songs/albums are unavailable in certain regions, due to licensing and other issues. These songs will appear grayed out on Spotify.

OK Thanks!  But that article was about music missing completely.  This album exists.  I don't see any reason why it would not be available in my region as other albums from Berenice Scott are available for me.

Yes, you would think that the album wouldn't even show up, and on her artist page, it doesn't.

This album is not available to me, either. I am located in the southeastern US. Other music is also visible on Spotify that is grayed out.
