I want to switch from a current family plan (member) to Duo (manager)

Hello, 

 

I am currently trying to switch from being a family plan member to a duo manager and I can't seem to change the plan. It just says I am already a premium member. 

I don't want to lose my profile or song selection.

Hey @danielle777carter ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You'll first need to leave the Premium Family plan you're currently part of.

 

This can be done by "canceling" your membership via the cancellation process for a paid subscription with the difference, that the cancellation of your membership in a Family plan has an instantaneous effect. More info on how to do that can be found here.

 

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads. Once you're back on free, you can upgrade to Duo here.
