I was on a premium for students subscription and I was receiving the error to update my payment information and it was literally saying that we cannot charge your bank account for the service. Then, I decided to cancel my premium subscription and go on a free subscription. After a while, I saw in my mobile banking that there is a transaction which is for Spotify and it has the same amount with the subscription fee. Now, what can I do to get refunded or have the premium subscription? Both of them works for me.
