Thanks for reaching out! 

 

Trying out the suggestions of @引きこもり from the page is a great way to find out what the case could be. 

 

If you happen to have more than one accounts, you can use this guide to transfer your playlists from your second account to your preferred one. 

 

If you've checked and are sure you don't have any other accounts, maybe the payment didn't go through successfully. 

 

Bear in mind that when you submit a payment, your bank puts the funds aside as ‘pending’. If your Spotify payment is marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, this is what might have happened. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you.
