I was charged and will not be premium

I just signed the 3-month plan for R $ 1.99 and an error message appeared when I confirmed the purchase by credit card. "It looks like you already took advantage of a similar offer" I continued but still not signing the plan was done The debit on my credit card, I discounted the amount of the plan but my account did not upgrade.

That error would usually be shown if you are not eligible for the discount for some reason. If this is the case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not verified that you are eligible. The charge should be canceled soon.

Same, I was charged for the student discount (4.99) but when I check my account it says I'm still a free user.. I hope they fix this
