I was charged for monthly subs when I’ve paid for the whole year

I was charged for monthly subs when I’ve paid for the whole year

I subscribed for a trial on november last year using the same email and card and I was charged December. I thought my subscription for premium ended then as the status went back to free. so I again subscribed for premium for a year with the same email and card and the amount has been deducted on my card. But I was surprised to see that today, I’m again charged for monthly subs. I don’t have any other account and I need this amount refunded. what do i do?

Have you subscribed to pay for year using a promotion or offer?

 

If not, please send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
