I was charged for student premium but my accnt is still on free

So this is what happened i tried to sign up for student premiun using my paymaya account but after i put in the card details it says my card wasnt charged and i still have to verify if im really a student so i did upload documents and such but i got a confirmation message that i was charge today for the premium service yet my accnt is still under free, what the **bleep**??

I just tried to get it too but sadly exactly the same thing happened to me... let me know if you found something out

Oh i already have the student discount it wasnt actually a charge it was
just pending and after i was verified as a real student my spotify is now
at premium 🙂
