My Question or Issue

Paid twice again this month after upgrading both mine and my child's subscription. These were taken out of 2 different accounts!

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

We've removed the screenshots due to security reasons.

 

Were the two payments both for a Duo Subscription? If so, you can cancel one of the subscriptions, wait for it to expire and invite the account to the subscription you want to keep as described here.

 

If you've paid for an Individual Subscription and a Duo subscription, you can straightaway invite the account with the Individual Subscription to the Duo one, as the Individual one will afterwards be cancelled automatically.

 

Most important here is to know on which account you've activated the respective subscription, so you can cancel the unwanted one as described here. You can check the receipts tab on the account page in a web browser to see which is which.
