I was forced to pay twice for the same service before it ended.

I had free trial of premium and then decided to cancel it. I changed my mind and wanted to renew it but they made me pay for a new month again. When I was supposed to pay in 16th July.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

We can confirm that this is an expected behavior. If you're on a free trial and change it to a paid plan, you will be charged automatically since it's a new subscription. Any unused trial time will be forfeited and the disclaimer before moving to the desired plan informs it.
