My Question or Issue

Greetings,

I recently saw Spotify's promotion of 3 months free for the 9.90 plan and subscribed to it. However, I immediately cancelled the subscription as I realised I would be a student in August and I wanted to change the plan to a student plan then. I was still billed 9.90 even though I was supposed to enjoy the 3 months free.

Can any admin kindly help me on this? Thank you.
