I would like a refund for the current month

Today, when I opened the Windows app version of Spotify, I got a popup ad. It took over the app, occupying the centre of the screen, and I was unable to use the program until I dismissed it. I've checked my notification settings, and I already had all push notifications disabled. The main thing I pay for is not getting ads. You have not kept up your end of the bargain, so I would like a refund for this month.
