If we switch to a duo account, can we keep all existing music?

We each have a premium account (mine has reverted back to free, I think its because I switched bank cards), if we both move to a duo account will all the music and playlists we have come across too?

Yes, of course! Each person on the plan gets their own Premium account, so no one shares a password and everyone keeps their own saved music and playlists.
