Impossible to change country AND payment method at the same time

My Question or Issue

I live in Germany since a couple of years but I have always kept paying Spotify with a chilean credit card. That card does not exist any more and therefore I just wanted to start paying with a german payment method. It is however impossible to do it, as when I get to the option of which premium account to choose, for my current account (premium individual) I receive the following message:

"Unfortunately, you are not eligible for this subscription. Here are other ways to get Spotify Premium"

I can just choose between Student, Family and Duo.

Please help me.

I have the same issue. But from the USA to Australia. I just want premium individual but it keeps saying I'm not eligible.
