Hi,

I have a message saying the adresse should be similar to join.

Of course we have checked already and it is the same.

In these types of cases, we always recommend checking the country registered on each account to verify if they match. You can check the country registered on your Account page.

 

If the country matches with the owner's account, ask the owner to copy and paste the exact address registered on the plan and send it to you to make sure you're using the exact same one.

 

In case the issue persists after this process, since it could be account-related as well and we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the accounts and help you further.
