Impossible to pay to suscribe Premium

I am a new user, and i want to suscribe becoming premium user. It appears the offer 0,99 € 3 months.But when i try to pay it, appears one message like this.

I am a new user, so it is impossible me to had another special offer...

Please , let me know how i could to do it.

solved! the problem is that you can pay with the same credit card / paypal account you paid before in Spotity, with other accounts. 

Due to this reason, one credit card o paypal account can be used to pay in Spotify (any spotify account), once. 

It is been confirmed by Spotify Support customer by email.
