Incorrect trial period for Premium

Incorrect trial period for Premium

Hi. Can someone tell me why my Premium trial period is only for 7 days when the promotion is for 30 days? How can I change this to a 30 day trial as advertised?

Maybe it's a bug/glitch, you should try re-activate your account neither make a new one and refund your old subscription.

Thanks for your suggestion.....pardon my ignorance but how do you deactivate the account? I've tried to terminate Premium but the account still says that it will expire on 11/3 but everything else says that that it should expire in april! 

Just go to your spotify account on your desktop; what I mean with that: Just login on spotify.com and then you can deactive and recharge your money back. I'm not sure about the other problem though. Im sorry , I tried 🙂
