Hello. Could I be exempt of applicable tax. I am Indian Status possessing a certificate of Indian status and live in an Indian Reserve in Quebec Canada.

Sales Tax is applicable in Quebec at the rate of 9.975%. This sales tax applies to other digital services and not just Spotify, and it's not something that's up to Spotify to decide. 

Unfortunately, there is no alternative Premium plan offer for residents of Quebec exempt from this service tax.
