My Question or Issue

I have paid the individual Plan 7days ago, and today have upgraded to familiar plan, but i have paid the complete suscription to familiar plan. So, i would to know as request the refurbished individual Plan proporcional.

Thanks for the post.

 

If you have an existing Premium Individual plan and upgrade to Family, the first bill for the Family plan should be automatically withdrawn once your prepaid Premium time from the individual plan is up. This period will be shortened due to the price difference between the plans.

 

You can always check the Receipts on your Account Page. Under Account OverviewYour Plan you can see when the next payment is scheduled for.

 

If you were charged immediatelly after upgrading to Premium Family, you might have activated the subscription on another account. It's always worth checking if your Account page states Premium Individual or Premium Family.

I have paid individual subscription 5 de octubre de 2021, 9.99€. But I have
updated to familiar subscription to 12 de octubre de 2021.


I thought that they had charged me the receipt of the family plan but I do
not see it charged on my card.

So I don't understand when they will charge me for the family plan

And how will you collect the missing part from the individual plan to the
family plan?

Thanks for your fast reply.

Your Family plan features start immediately after you do the upgrade, so your monthly payment date (that was set previously for the Premium) will likely be moved a few days earlier than usual. This is because of the price difference between Premium Family and standard Premium. The exact new date, when the new payment amount will be taken, can be seen in your account overview page.
