Ineligible for free trial, but still want premium. However receiving error message, can’t add paymen

My Question or Issue

I canceled my previous account and made a new one. I know I’m ineligible for the free trial because I’ve used it before on my other account. I’m trying to buy Premium now, but I’m only given the free trial option which yields an error message when trying to add my payment method.

 

How do I subscribe to Premium without the free trial first? Or how do I add my payment information in order for it to process and give me Premium access?

 

 Please help.
