Aún tenía premium, pero estaba a punto de terminarse, ingrese la giftcard pero hoy, una semana después, me dice que ya no tengo premium.

As a first step, please check the suggestions in this article. If you still can't see your Premium features, it might be that your Gift card payment covered an earlier period than you expected.

 

For example if your subscription is being paid on the 15th of each month and the payment for the previous month wasn't successful, then redeeming a gift card on the 14th of this month will still result in your account reverting to free/a new payment being taken on the 15th, since there was no interruption in the service in the last 30 days.

 

Please check your bank statement and Spotify receipts and let us know if this was the case.
