Invitation to join premium for family

I was sent an invitation from my daughter who lives at the same address as me to join the Family Premium Plan.  The invitation came with an invite code.  I then created my own profile.  I now want to make my profile be part of the Family Premium but cannot seem to figure out where to do this or where to enter the invite code.  I am in the US and use a Motorola Android version 9.
