Inviting family mebers to Premium is impossibly unusable

I invited a family member. She gets a message where she can accept the invitation. The there is an interface asking her email and password. Which is this password? The original services password doesn't work, the code that was sent doesn't work! Well, she does not have a password yet, I assume? Why the flow goes like this? There should be some steps to subscribe and set the password, but it actually asks a password. Then we tried to ask a new password, but the teh system says that you dont have an account! But YES she should have bacause I'm paying Premium and I just invited her. WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHAT THE HECK SHOULD WE DO? And you don't even have it-support or help, just this community? I WANT SUPPORT!

Hey @NOMICASA,

 

Inviting a member to a Premium for Family plan does not automatically create an account for the person. They'll either need to log into their own account or create a new account if they don't have one yet.
