My Question or Issue

I used to pay for the subscription the premium university payment. I just saw that I was charged three times normal premium and I'm still a university student. Being a failure that is not mine I think that spotify would have to return me the money and reestablish the problem, I can not contact spotify to solve the problem. Can someone help me? How do I contact them? How could I solve some of these issues?

That's odd! In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. I hope this helps!
