Is Hulu (with ads) included with Spotify Premium, even for non-students?

I've had Spotify Premium for years now, and I recently signed up for Hulu so I could watch the new season of Shoresy. I went to cancel Hulu once I finished the season, but I got stuck in an endless loop that ultimately wouldn't allow me to me cancel. Rather, I'm being led to believe that it's now free with Spotify Premium. In fact, at the top of the "Your Services" page of Spotify, it reads "Spotify Premium, now with Hulu on us". That said, a support article elsewhere on Spotify reads, "Premium with Hulu isn’t available for those who aren’t students. We used to offer Premium with Hulu for non-students, but not anymore."

Am I gonna get charged for Hulu or not, can someone please clarify?

I have the opposite issue: I had Hulu included on my Spotify from a promotional email months ago. And suddenly now don't have a subscription. And I know I watched Hulu just last month to catch a movie. Now I can't find anywhere on Spotify about Hulu except on google searches
