Is it usual to get recommended the duo plan despite using Spotify alone?

I've been subscribing the standard premium plan. I'm not sharing my account with anyone. Recently, I'm getting the reccomendation of the duo plan saying like "if you'are sharing your account with anyone, we recommend the duo plan", which suggests Spotify thinks I'm sharing my account.

The recommendation itself are bit annoying but ok. My major concern is Spotify thinks I'm against the ToS and ban me.
